Pre-construction is tomorrow...but of course since we live so close, we do drive-by's everyday :)
Today a nice surprise...the middle and back of our lot were bulldozed and our egress window was sittin there hangin out...this is so exciting!
The front of the lot still needs to be bulldozed and leveled, but you can see a whole bunch of dirt in the back.
Egress!
We had the same thing happen. All of sudden these random things started showing up and oddly we got so excited by what others would have thought was unlawful dumping of junk.
ReplyDeleteSo exciting Congrats! Don't blink because you will have a framed house before you know it. It just goes by so fast once they start. Everything in our house seems to take longer and even then it is going really fast. I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the changes.

ReplyDeleteHa! That was actually a big topic of discussion at our meeting. Because we want to put a deck on, we don't want it in the normal place. He is looking to see if it can go on the side next to the fireplace. I will be emailing him tomorrow to see if he measured and if it is good there.
