Received our commitment letter from NVR today! YAY!
Right after...emailed SR to see if we might be able to get bumped up and start construction sooner...keeping my fingers crossed, but not holding my breath :)
Congrats on the "approval" letter! I just put quotes since most bloggers say NVR will have to re-approve you at closing. Hopefully everything is in place to get your build underway (maybe permits are the last hurdle).
I'd also advise that anything your SR promises you get documented somewhere (such as RH splitting the driveway costs). Looking forward to reading through your journey!
