February 27 - met with NVR
March 2 - selection center appointment
April 1 - signed new contract on new lot - still no "official" word from NVR
April 24 - received commitment letter from NVR
May 21 - lot cleared
May 22 - Pre construction meeting & hole dug!
May 23 - Footers and rebar
May 24 - Forms up and basement walls poured
May 30 - Forms down, waterproofing in, begin backfill
May 31 - More backfill (rocks in the basement)
June 3 - Garage filled with rocks, dirt fill in the whole between garage and original "hole"
June 4 - Finish backfill
June 5 - Frame first floor, windows & doors delivered
June 6 - Continue first floor framing
June 7 - 2nd floor framed, some windows installed, roof trusses
June 10 - Windows completed, front door installed, house completely wrapped, framing complete?
